1. Acceptance of Terms

By using www.ardenfell.pl or placing an order with Ardenfell, you agree to these Terms of Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order independently, or you must make the purchase under parental supervision.

All information provided when using the website or placing an order must be accurate and complete.

4. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Variations in colour or texture are not considered defects.

Ardenfell reserves the right to discontinue products at any time.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Polish złoty (PLN).

Ardenfell reserves the right to update prices at any time.

If a pricing error occurs, we will notify the customer and provide the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Payments are processed through Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

The contract is formed when the dispatch confirmation email is sent.

Ardenfell reserves the right to refuse an order in cases of fraud, payment failure or stock errors.

7. Cancellations

Due to our fast-paced fulfilment process, all orders are picked, packed and dispatched directly from our own stock. Cancellations can only be requested within two hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. The customer must wait for delivery and then follow the return process.

Approved cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Depending on the bank or card issuer, the refund may not appear until the next one or two billing cycles.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on www.ardenfell.pl is owned by or licensed to Ardenfell.

No content may be reproduced without written consent.

Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Ardenfell is an independent retailer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ardenfell’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction.

Ardenfell is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms affects rights under the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means or the applicable Polish Civil Code provisions on statutory warranty.

11. Changes to These Terms

Ardenfell may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Mandatory consumer and data protections apply to consumers targeted in Poland, regardless of the seller’s place of incorporation.

The courts of the Republic of Poland have exclusive jurisdiction.

Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
